Living in the Light is an annual 10K/5K Run/Walk/Kid's Fun Run benefiting Hospice of South Texas. This year the run will start at 8:00am Saturday November 3, 2012 in Riverside Park in Victoria, Texas.
Course
5K & 10K both flat courses, part on paved running trails and part on road.
5K is one loop 10K is two loops
Prizes
5K Prize packs valued up to $200.00 are given to the top three male and female winners as well as top male and female masters for the 5K.
10K
$1,500.00 total purse prize for the 10K broken down as follows:
• $300.00 for first place male and female
• $200.00 for second place male and female
• $100.00 for third place male and female
• $150.00 for top masters male and female
Medals given in top three age divisions in 5K and 10K A short kid's fun run will be held at the conclusion of the 5/10K run. All kids in the fun run will receive a finisher ribbon. Chip timing is conducted on all events.
