    OK, was avoiding gluten, because it makes me feel awful.  Was trying alternative grains, but...

    Holy cow, this is a really good article, seemingly scientifically accurate, and gawd, I guess it's meat and veggies.  Thought I could count on quinoa as a substitute, but maybe not so much.
