ARC will be hosting a FREE members-only training program for those targeting Decker and the Austin Marathon/Half Marathon. Kickoff will be early Sept. and the training will leverage the "Run Less Run Faster" training methodology, featuring a Mon/Wed/Sat workout schedule.
